At the helm of Robuck Design Build is Gerri Robuck Herakovich, a Raleigh native who knows what it takes to create relationships with each homeowner. As one of the few women in leadership in the custom home building industry nationally, it is Gerri's passion for the business and the relationships she creates with the homeowners that makes Robuck Design Build an award-winning company. Gerri graduated from North Carolina State University in the early 1990s and began working with her family at Robuck Homes. She has her NC General Contractors License and a NC Real Estate Brokers License.

Christie Rhoad

Office Manager

Christie Rhoad joined the Robuck Design Build team in 2015. Previously she spent six years working with Robuck Homes in their property management division as a Residential and Commercial Property Manager. Christie is responsible for accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, record-keeping and compliance, home closings, and many other administrative functions which support the success of the entire team. She is an NC State graduate and a licensed NC Real Estate Broker.

Christy joined Robuck Design Build in 2017. She has a passion for design, positive customer relationships, and bringing “visions” of new homes to life. Her inspiration and skills began as a design consultant creating cozy nurseries and inviting children spaces. At Robuck Design Build, Christy will make selections for spec homes and work with new customers on custom homes to help make their selections. She will also be in charge of the customer service experience and will be a homeowner’s main point of contact during the homebuilding process.
